Welcome to our Beer Swap Competition

This is an anonymous beer swap. Your beers will be judged by your peers.

The top three winners will receive prizes and the overall winner will have their name engraved on the clubs trophy.

This is a great way to share your beers and get feedback from multiple brewers.

Comp Overview

  • Free entry
  • Style of beer – Open entry (please brew to BJCP guidelines for chosen style)
  • Brew and fill *12 x 750ml PET bottles (plastic)
    *NB Exact number of bottles needed will depend on number of participants
  • You can enter up to 4 entries
  • All entries are anonymous
  • Provide your beer style and brief description
  • Entries will be given a 2 digit code – please write the code on your lid in permanent Marker (buy white for grey lids so it is viewable)
  • You will receive other brewers beers to judge, score them over 2 weeks.
  • Must be a registered member to enter
  • If your not a member, register here

Comp Schedule

  • Register before Saturday 23rd August.
  • Drop off your beers by 1pm sharp Saturday 30th August. (entries past 2pm drop will unfortunately be disqualified).
  • Drop off Address is in Buderim/Tanawha (details provided once registered).
  • Pickup your beers on the same day 30th August, around 2pm time. Stay for a beer if you can (bring one to share, not your comp beer).
  • If you can’t make it on the swap day, arrange a time to drop them off before. We will fridge them if there is room.
  • Presentation Day Saturday 13th September, Venue TBC.
